Pension Rights on Divorce Seminars – CPD Accreditation

Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD and ILEX CPD

Both the “Pensions on Divorce – Current Issues in 2019” and the “Pensions on Divorce Workshop – Getting the best pensions deal for your client” seminars will qualify for 3 hours 15 minutes of Solicitors Regulation Authority and ILEX CPD. Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of CPD.

Bar Standards Board New Practitioner Programmes

Both seminars qualify for 3 hours 15 minutes of CPD under the Bar Standards Board New Practitioners Programme. Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of CPD.

Bar Standards Board Established Practitioner Programmes

Both seminars can form part of the “Legal knowledge and skills” under the Bar Standards Board Established Practitioners Programme. Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of CPD.

Family Mediation Council

Both seminars can form part of “Continuing Development” as set out in the Family Mediation Council Manual of Professional Standards. Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of CPD.

Financial Conduct Authority

Both seminars can form part of the annual CPD requirement for financial advisers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.  Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of CPD.

Institute and Faculty of Actuaries

Both seminars can form part of the annual CPD requirement for actuaries regulated by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.  Attendance at both seminars will therefore qualify for 6 hours 30 minutes of external CPD.
