David Lockett
David is a specialist with over 34 years’ pensions experience. David is a recognised expert in the field of the valuation and division of pension rights in divorce settlements. David has spoken throughout the UK on this subject at conferences attended by solicitors, barristers, IFAs and district judges; both organized by Actuaries for Lawyers, and by external providers such as Jordans and by leading chambers. David additionally has experience of appearing in Court as an Expert Witness.
David has further expertise in the determination of the loss of pension rights and loss of earnings in Personal Injury, Unfair Dismissal and other litigation cases and in valuations of Life and Reversionary Interests.
