Service Standards

We aim to acknowledge most letters which arrive by mail within five working days and other than in exceptional cases will undertake to reply to all letters received within two weeks.

Telephone calls where you leave a message will be returned (except those from divorcing parties who we are not allowed to speak to where we have been instructed by their solicitors).  It should be noted that if we cannot get a response after trying several times, we cannot guarantee that your call will be returned.

In respect of faxes, we no longer have a fax system and so any documents sent by fax will not be received.
